Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a minimum order?
No, however, our pricing is quantity based, so the more you order, the lower your price.
How much does it cost to screen print / embroider?
Since every logo/design is different, we cannot give you a set rate. However, Miami Designs offers competitive pricing and we want to develop a long term relationship with you, so if you find a lower price, call and give us the opportunity to meet or beat that price. Call or email us for a free quote!
How long will it take to get my order?
Our normal turn time is 10 business days from the time the signed artwork approval form is received to the point of shipping. One of our friendly staff will be happy to discuss the time frame with you and to provide an approximate date your order could be ready. Please remember that the time frame begins, once we have received the signed art approval form, do not start calculating from the time you first visit with us, we’re fast, but we can’t perform miracles!

At Miami Designs we understand that there are times when orders need to special consideration and need to be marked as a RUSH. Should this occur, first notify your sales representative and give us the deadline that the order must be completed by. If this time frame is approved by our Production Manager, then the order will be labeled RUSH and an up charge will be added to the total.
Can I change my design?
Any changes can be made up to the point of signing the art approval form. Once the form is signed and received by Miami Designs, the work will begin and changes cannot be made. It is imperative that you check the art approval form before signing so that changes and/or corrections can be made prior to the work beginning.
How will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise noted. Miami Designs can ship UPS, DHL or other means, based on the preference of the customer. Special shipping arrangements, such as 3 day select, next day, etc. should be discussed with your sales representative.
Can you help me with a design?
Yes! Miami Designs has a team of creative and qualified artist to work with you to create the design / logo that you want. Art charges are based per hour, with a minimum charge of a half hour. All artwork will be quoted up front.
What is your return / exchange policy?
Custom work may not be returned or exchanged unless merchandise is defective. Should merchandise be defective, please contact our customer service department at 918-542-9553 and ask for a return authorization number within 30 days of merchandise being received.
Can I use the same logo for screen printing and embroidery?
Unfortunately not every design is geared toward screen printing and/or embroidery, so we can not give an answer without first seeing the design. You can be assured that Miami Designs has qualified personnel that will assist you in choosing the right process for your design and will let you know if certain designs can be modified to fit the process you desire.
What are Pantone Colors and can you match them?
Pantone colors are the universal language for color communication. Although it is impossible for any company to match every Pantone color, Miami Designs does understand the system and will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the thread colors and/or ink used in your design.
